TOP Trap
TopTrap is a bottle cap attachment that fits both wide- and narrow-neck bottles. When screwed onto
an empty juice, milk, or soft drink bottle, it transforms the bottle into an effective trap for insects
such as flies, wasps, and hornets.
By using TopTrap, you help protect the environment – instead of buying a bulky plastic insect trap,
you simply reuse a bottle and pair it with the reusable TopTrap cap and a highly effective, food-
based attractant.
This makes our trap eco-friendly, giving used plastic bottles a second life. Once the bottle is full of
insects, just seal it and throw it away. Add fresh attractant to a new bottle, and you’ve got yourself
another powerful trap.
You can easily adjust the size of the trap depending on the number of insects and the size of the
bottle you use. Placing multiple traps around your home creates a protective barrier that reduces
the number of annoying insects in your surroundings.
The fly-trap version features a very strong and unpleasant odor for humans – but it’s highly effective
in attracting flies. To stay comfortable around an active trap, TopTrap includes an ON/OFF feature
that lets you close the entry holes and minimize the smell when needed.
